New Well-Being Video Series

Building Mental Fitness in a Time of Change

Hello again,

I hope you and yours are doing well?

I am getting in touch as I thought it may be of interest to you to know that we have developed a ByteSize Video series with Mental Fitness expert Neil O'Brien. This series has a special focus on helping individuals and teams deal with the current challenges and stresses, and provides tips on managing your Mental Health.

In these six short pieces, Neil shows how to establish new habits and ways of thinking that support people to become mentally well—and stay well. This is straightforward, practical advice that makes sense. Even better, it works. And it’s delivered with the humour and empathy that have made Neil so successful, helping to make people more confident and resilient at work.

You can get a flavour of them by watching this short trailer here.

Neil captured everyone's attention and the way he described moods, triggers and habits was very original. He was very entertaining too. It's a topic that’s very important nowadays - to look after your mental health and well-being in order to succeed in life and work. And there was a take-away after his session to think about and reflect on. Personally I thought it was the best part of the whole event.Bank of Ireland
